We are a Law Enforcement family owned and operated small business. Romo Smoke Co. was built with legacy in mind. What started in our backyard (feeding family and friends) grew into a way to create moments that bring people together.

At Romo Smoke Co. our mission goes beyond great barbecue. We exist to serve food that brings people together while giving back to those who serve our communities every day. A portion of our proceeds is donated to nonprofit organizations focused on first responder mental health, helping support the men and women who carry the weight of the job long after the shift ends.
We believe good food can create connection and meaningful purpose can create impact. Every plate served helps repair families, strengthen communities, and honor those who protect and serve.
